An enjoyable opportunity available through the Twin City Area Chamber is Twin City Days, a three-day community festival held the weekend after Labor Day in September. Activities include a golf tournament, community breakfast, sports for children and adults, a dog show, a Craft Fair, a Custom & Antique Car & Tractor show, Seniors in the Park concert and lunch, Trivia Tournament, a Saturday Night Concert featuring a popular band and much more.
The holiday season in the Twin Cities has been kicked off with the Chamber Christmas Parade since 1948. Floats and decorated motor units, marching bands, antique cars, dance and acrobatic troupes, VIPs, and of course, Santa Claus, all add to the event's ability to warm the cool night air on the Monday after Thanksgiving.
